Getting Started
To set up your practice and start selling products, there are 3 simple steps; complete an AmeriSciences IMC agreement, fill out the HMSC physician setup form, and sign the distribution agreement. Upon receipt of these forms, we will ship the physician start up package which includes: Physician handbook, Waiting room booklets, Exam room posters, Patient order forms, Direct ship order forms, and an executed copy of the distribution agreement. To jump start your business, for the first 90 days we are offering your patients their first order Free if they sign up on our auto-ship program.

Customer Service HMSC is staffed to handle your patient’s customer service needs. After you fill out and fax in the patients order form, we take it from there. Your staff will not be burdened with product questions, re-orders, billing, cancellations, address changes, Etc…

Shipping
We have set up 3 shipping options. (1) Patients can sign up for our auto-ship program in which they will receive their products automatically every month. (2) One time order in which the patient would have to call us each month to get their next order. (3) Direct to Physician shipments. Using option 3 requires the physician to pre-pay for the products and bill patients when they pick up their order.

HMSC will maintain accurate and up to date records with regards to the physicians inventory levels, customers, sales, and purchases. At the end of each month, HMSC will report each physician’s sales less their purchases and mail a net profit check.
